Eligibility & Registration
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with ck 4444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are registering and playing as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of another person or any commercial entity.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of ck 4444, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You are not a software provider, game studio representative, or technology partner of ck 4444 seeking to exploit platform mechanics.
- You agree to use the platform solely for lawful recreational gaming purposes.
- You acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Registration Process
To open an account with ck 4444, you must complete the registration form in full, providing accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and your preferred payment method details. You must not use fictitious, borrowed, or fraudulent identity information at any stage of the registration process.
Identity Verification
ck 4444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting identity documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — at registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any other time at ck 4444's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one single active account on ck 4444. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ck 4444 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bets or games played across the duplicate accounts, and withhold any bonus funds or winnings associated with those accounts.

Account Obligations
Accurate Information
You are required to ensure that all information held on your ck 4444 account is accurate, current, and complete at all times. If your personal details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. ck 4444 accepts no liability for correspondence sent to outdated contact details you have failed to update.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck 4444 account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ck 4444 staff will never ask you for your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
Notification of Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck 4444 immediately by contacting our support team. ck 4444 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending resolution. However, ck 4444 cannot accept liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet, or game activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ck 4444 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳50 per month to dormant accounts once the inactivity threshold has been reached. Players will be notified by email before any fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed by ck 4444 without further notice.
Account Funds
Funds held in your ck 4444 account balance are held for the purpose of gaming and betting activity on the platform. The account balance does not earn interest. Funds are not transferable to another player's account. ck 4444 holds player funds separately from company operating funds, and your balance is available for withdrawal at any time subject to standard verification and processing requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
ck 4444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck 4444 does not accept payments in foreign currencies — any conversion charges imposed by a third-party payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, ck 4444 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming considerations apply or where enhanced due diligence is required. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming section of their account settings.
Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your ck 4444 account balance instantly upon successful transfer confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 3 business hours to reflect in your balance depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. ck 4444 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider or the player's bank.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by ck 4444 within an average of 30 minutes for mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering controls.
Verification Prior to Withdrawal
ck 4444 reserves the right to complete full KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Players who have not previously submitted verification documents may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is released. This process is in place to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.
Chargebacks and Reversals
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to ck 4444 while your account remains active, or after you have already used those funds for gaming activity, constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. ck 4444 reserves the right to close your account, void all associated winnings, and pursue recovery of any amounts reversed through such chargebacks.

Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Terms
ck 4444 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotional offer. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by ck 4444 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bets placed on certain game types (such as low-margin table games or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. ck 4444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player it reasonably believes is abusing the promotional system, including through multi-accounting, bonus arbitrage, or coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and any associated free bet credits that are not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation. ck 4444 does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
Promotion Changes
ck 4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change, unless the promotion has been found to have been exploited in breach of these terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules
Bet Placement and Acceptance
All bets placed on ck 4444 are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is only confirmed and binding once the player receives an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from the account balance. ck 4444 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has produced incorrect odds, where a market has been suspended, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each betting market and game at the time of play. These limits may vary by game type, event, or account tier. ck 4444 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts without prior notice where responsible gaming considerations or fraud prevention measures apply.
Odds and Payouts
Odds for sports betting markets are set by ck 4444 and are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was placed are locked in and will not be subject to subsequent revision, except in the case of a clearly erroneous price (see Palpable Error clause below). Casino game payout percentages (Return to Player, RTP) are determined by the game provider and are published or available on request.
Palpable Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are demonstrably erroneous — for example, due to a technical glitch, data feed failure, or human input error — ck 4444 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. ck 4444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's reliance on a manifestly incorrect price. Decisions on palpable errors are made at the sole discretion of ck 4444 and are final.
Void Bets
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours; a market is suspended and the bet was incorrectly accepted during the suspension window; a force majeure event prevents the event from reaching its conclusion; or a palpable error, as described above, is identified. Void bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
Disconnection and Technical Faults
ck 4444 endeavours to provide an uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical faults, or connection interruptions at all times. In the event of a disconnection during a live game or in-play bet, ck 4444 will use all available technical logs to determine the fair outcome. Where a conclusive determination cannot be made, the bet or game round may be voided. ck 4444 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck 4444 platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person during registration or at any other time.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one ck 4444 account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
- Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by ck 4444.
- Money Laundering: Using ck 4444 as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering the proceeds of illegal activity.
- Match Fixing: Betting on sporting events in which you have insider knowledge, or in which the outcome has been manipulated, fixed, or is the subject of a corruption investigation.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access systems, data, or other players' accounts to which you are not authorised, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ck 4444 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
Monitoring and Enforcement
ck 4444 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is suspected, ck 4444 may suspend a player's account, freeze withdrawal access, and conduct an investigation. The player will be notified of the suspension and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. Final enforcement decisions rest with ck 4444 and are binding.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by ck 4444
ck 4444 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; a security risk or fraud concern has been identified; a regulatory or legal obligation requires the account to be frozen; or a responsible gaming concern has been flagged, either by the player themselves or through internal monitoring.
Closure by ck 4444
In cases of confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or provision of false identity information — ck 4444 reserves the right to permanently close the player's account. Where an account is closed due to a breach, ck 4444 may withhold or void all or part of the account balance, including deposits and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The player will be notified of the closure and the reason for it by email.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
Players may request to close their ck 4444 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing the account, ck 4444 will process any pending withdrawal requests and return any remaining balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for the appropriate process, which differs from standard account closure.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by ck 4444 or by the player — all active bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules where possible. Any unsettled bets placed before the closure will be resolved as if the account were active; winnings from such bets (if any remain payable) will be processed to the player's registered payment method. The player will not be able to access the platform, log in, or place new bets following closure. A player whose account was closed for non-breach reasons may be permitted to re-register at ck 4444's sole discretion.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and ck 4444, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the ck 4444 support team. Unresolved disputes may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure outlined in the FAQ. ck 4444's decisions on operational matters — including bet settlement, account suspension, and bonus eligibility — are final unless an error of fact is demonstrated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ck 4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, reliance on incorrect information, or actions taken by ck 4444 in good faith to enforce these Terms & Conditions. ck 4444's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
